The Accountant will independently manage and maintain a full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include preparing daily invoice, financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and supporting business decisions through budgeting and forecasting. The role involves provide full set of accounts & liaising with customer and enhancing accounting processes to support overall company objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Manage full set of accounts, resolving complex accounting issues and proposing process improvements.
• Prepare journals, manage General Ledger functions, and reconcile accounts for monthly closing.
• Produce financial statements and management reports adhering to company policies.
• Analyze financial reports, provide actionable insights, and make recommendations to management.
• Report financial status to local management and Japan head office, including projections.
• Coordinate with AP offices to consolidate Profit & Loss statements for Japan head office.
• Independently perform planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Ensure timely completion of audits, GST filings, and tax compliance tasks.
• Establish and enforce accounting methods, policies, and principles.
• Support other departmental objectives as assigned.
Requirements:
• Min Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Must have over 10 years of working experience
• Familiarity with ABSS or similar accounting software.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Able to multi task
