The post holder will be responsible for the development and execution of the ERC Institute’s student recruitment strategies to meet enrolment and revenue targets for assigned undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes. You will be responsible for all areas of student recruitment, including portfolio development using market intelligence, and expanding the Institute’s reach for prospective students through developing / enhancing relationships with institutions and organizations where appropriate to develop and organize a range of outreach activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. To recruit local students for part time and full time programmes.

2. Work closely with the marketing team to support any recruitment related activities.

3. Ensure existing students to progress to next level of academic programme.

4. To maintain close communications with Registrar, SSA and Academics for the administration of students under personal care.

5. Participate/Initiate Marketing/Sales activities & events for students to create brand awareness and to ensure student enrolment targets are met effectively.

6. Monitor competitor activities and feedback from the student recruited.

7. Sourcing and Maintain Merchandizing.

8. Assist International Student Recruitment Team.

QUALIFICATION AND EXEPREINCE

• At least a bachelor’s degree holder with minimum 2 years’ work experience in similar capacity in a PEI with proven student recruitment track record or any sales experience.

· To grow the business by developing and executing marketing plans to deliver sales target:

· Work closely with team to implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive more traffic such as through social media platforms

· Conceptualise creative contents for social media and emailers

· Design and adapt graphic designs, posters, flyers and other company collaterals for online usage and offline promptly.

· Take charge of the company's digital / social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, TikTok, Google Business, etc.), including execution of posting captivating and on-brand photos, stories, and promotions to engage our audience and community.

· Engage with customers via our digital platforms by promptly sharing tagged videos and stories, and promptly responding to inquiries, reviews, comments and feedback through email, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google Business.

· Utilize advertising strategies based on the team's direction to boost advertisements, maximizing reach and engagement with our target audience.

· Develop impactful e-campaigns that meet KPIs (traffic, marketing budget, site experience etc.) by embracing marketing strategies and offline marketing plans.

· Manage and ensure the company's website is consistently updated with accurate information, up-to-date content, and a seamless user experience.

· Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

· Relevant Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing, and other related courses or experience.

· At least 1 – 2 years of experience in marketing (Education and Vocational Training).

· Developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

· Prior experience on Google Ads / Facebook Ad tools will be an advantage

· Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of payroll functions, including monthly salary processing, CPF contributions, etc.
• Lead in resume sourcing and interview coordination.
• Create and maintain staff records in the HR system. (updated and accurate)
• Submit government claims, such as GPML, CCL, etc.
• Record and monitor employee leave in line with company policies.
• Manage the application and renewal of work permits for foreign workers.
• Submit semi-annual medical examination results of foreign workers to the appropriate authorities.
• Handle renewal processes for work passes.
• Process insurance-related claims efficiently and accurately.
• Keep precise records of employee attendance to support payroll and operations.

Requirements
