Key responsibilities:

1) Perform full spectrum of Accounts Payable and fixed asset function for several legal entities including invoice posting

2) Ensure all disbursements for vendor invoice and staff claims are processed timely and accurately and comply to policies and regulations

4) Prepare month-end reconciliations and journals

• Oversee daily operations for Environmental (Housekeeping, Laundry, Landscape & Pest Control ) and Kitchen Services.
• Manage in-house staffs and service partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct regular joint inspections with service partners to ensure compliance with quality standards outlined in the contract.
• Serve as the key point of contact on the ground, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to meet requirements and implement necessary changes.
