Mon to Fri Office Hours/ Back end sales support/ service sales

Min 2 yrs experience in Backend Sales Admin and familiar on IT network devices like Network Switches, Wireless Access Point, CCTV products range will be the ideal candidate for this role.

Jobscope:

· Develop, build, maintain rapport and relationships with Channel Partners & Principal Vendors

· Drive, position, develop and deliver new Business Opportunities for the Product Line(s)

· Work with Sales & Marketing to promote Products & Services Sales

· Prepare Sales Proposals and handle Product Sales Enquiries

· Plan and execute Sales Plan to achieve Sales Quota

· Achieve set targeted Sales Objectives

Our Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business / IT or equivalent

· At least 2 years of experience in product or services sales

Monthly & Year-End close process:

• Monitor and check completeness and reasonableness of expenses in P&L.
• Prepare and post general journal entries for expenses, accruals, allocations and adjustments.
• Monthly update of currency exchange rates in Navision.
• Prepare GL related schedules and reconciliations. Review AR / AP related schedules.
• Prepare bi-monthly bank reconciliations and ensure follow-up actions by respective Finance staff.

Management Reporting

• Prepare monthly management report and board deck.
• Prepare monthly cash flow statement, audit schedules, business report and commitment reports.
• Assist in monthly tracking and analysis of deviations of actual vs plan for revenue and expenses eg. marketing expenses.
• Perform other financial analysis as necessary to support management information.
• Circulate and walk-through monthly P&L by school/dept to respective Unit Heads.

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Assist in quarterly forecasting and budgeting process such as coordination with various departments and schools and handling their queries.
• Assist in preparing forecasts and annual budgets that fall under Finance & Controlling department’s responsibilities.
• Assist in developing financial models and their maintenance for budgeting and forecasting purposes.

Audit, Corporate Tax, GST and Corporate Secretary

• Prepare quarterly GST returns
• Assist in audit process and liaise with external auditor.
• Prepare yearly audit report package.
• Assist in preparing information for yearly income tax returns and other tax queries.
• Liaise with external company secretary on secretarial matters.
• Prepare yearly annual returns and XBRL submission.

Others:

• Participate in reviewing of financial system when required.
• Assist to troubleshoot financial system when required.
• Ensure DTP are updated regularly or when required.
• Prepare and submission of survey and statistics requested from various government bodies.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / Finance with 5-7 years of experience.
• Possess ACCA qualifications.
• Possess integrity and ability to exercise discretion in confidential matters.
• Meticulous, proactive, independent and able to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Competency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system.

Role Description:

• Responsible for ensuring goods are properly updated into system, ensuring landed costs are up and products are ready for release to outlets
• Prepare goods receive list as per supplier’s invoice
• Process Purchase Order for overseas suppliers
• Release goods to outlets for replenish stocks
• Update products’ expiry date and inform relevant departments
• Create new products from both house brands and suppliers in the system
• Calculate Landed Cost per order and updating stock status in the system
• Request & Monitor min max are inputted for new products and replenish stocks
• Prepare EAN barcode information for new products
• Feedback for any discrepancies when goods received
• Create adjustments for purchase order when require
• Clear outstanding purchase orders and sorting of documents
• Any other ad-hoc duties and/or projects assigned by the management

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Review, verify, and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and execute payment runs, including checks, online transfers, and other payment methods.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate records for all AP transactions.

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Generate and issue customer invoices and ensure accurate billing.
• Track incoming payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and manage collections efforts.
• Reconcile AR transactions and customer accounts.
• Prepare and maintain an accurate aging report for management review.

Others:

• Perform regular reconciliations of AP/AR sub-ledgers with the general ledger.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations.
