• Prepare full sets of accounts for internal accounting function
• Prepare Variance Analysis, Accrual & Journal
• Support in preparing weekly / monthly reports quarterly, and Year-end closing of account
• Assist in preparation of financial reports
• Review of billings, payment & staff claim prepared by employees
• Assist in GST Filing and Tax submission
• Provide timely support in budget and forecast
• Ensure compliance with statutory and accounting requirements
• Inter Company reconciliation
• In charge of Inventory review/Stock count
• Overseeing company accounts, all financial activities and operations to improve company financial performances

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree qualified in accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding and offboarding of new and existing clients for the group
• Liaise closely with clients and relevant business units for the onboarding and offboarding process
• Maintain professional and effective working relationships with new clients and relevant business units, and accurately assess the risks of the onboarding applications

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work directly under the Manager of the division and assist in generating profitable new business for the company, assist with proposals and tenders for incoming enquiries as well as aid the Manager in the day to day running of the operation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing proposals and quotations for incoming enquiries
