Job Requirements

• Min 2 years of working experience in administration

As a Payroll Executive, you will be assisting with the following:

• Manage the main and ad-hoc payroll processing runs per month such as salary payment, bonuses and festive advance payments, including but not limited to data verifications, prepare and consolidate reports, seek approvals of payments
• Manage and process employees’ claims and reimbursement process, such as overtime, night duty allowance, including submission and processing of Government-paid leave claims and National Service make-up claims, and ensuring relevant database are recorded accurately and timely
• Provide support for any payroll audit, such as preparation of documents for auditor’s sighting and provide answer(s) to auditor’s queries where required
• Perform payroll related reconciliation, such as bank reconciliation and prepare reclassification where required
• Ensure statutory filing such as CPF submission Annual Tax reporting, IR21 and other filing is carried out on time
• Participate in system enhancement activities such as systems User Acceptance Testing of application where required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy / Finance or other related field
• Experience in payroll of more than 1000 headcounts
• Experience in software system Workday or Excelity added advantage
• Good understanding of payroll policies and applicable laws and regulatory requirements
• Able to multitask and good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of data

Requirements:

• Internal auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certified
• Diploma in HSE/Marine Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of HSE experience in Marine/Shipping/Ship repair industry.
• Knowledge of ISM and ISPS codes, incident investigation techniques and risk management.
