Job Description

• Prepare and maintain the full set of accounts.
• Perform monthly management reports including relevant schedules.
• Accounts Receivable functions such as ensuring prompt and accurate billings, following up with delayed/non-payments, and other irregularities.

The candidate will join the Analysis team of the Manpower Research & Statistics Department, which is responsible for in-depth statistical research & analysis supporting strategic outcomes. The team provides objective and rigorous assessment of the current state and trends in the labour market with a view to facilitate informed decision-making within the government and the community-at-large.

Job Description:

• Monitor labour market developments and analyse labour market data and trends
• Conduct timely and relevant research on the labour market
• Initiate studies to measure emerging trends and identify wider implications of the analysis produced
• Present findings on labour market developments at internal and multi-agency forum
• Provide advisory on the data and statistical techniques, and data analysis

Requirements

• Preferably with background in Statistics, Economics, Business or Communication studies
• At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in statistical analysis and /or economic research will be an advantage
• A keen interest in the labour market and economic developments
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

JOB SUMMARY

The Finance Executive is responsible for managing Accounts Payable, monitoring inventory items, and overseeing Purchase Orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Provide support in processing payroll for both office staff and ship crew, including data entry, verifying timesheets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
