About the role:

As a Learning & Development (L&D) Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the administration and execution of learning and development programs across the organisation. You will assist in ensuring that training records are well-maintained and up-to-date, and engage frequently with our staff and external training providers to meet the company’s learning needs. What you will be doing:

• Oversee the administration of course registration, certification processes, training subsidies, and payment management.
• Maintain comprehensive training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they support present and future organizational goals
• Conduct regular reviews and update internal and external training courses to ensure relevance and alignment with business goals.
• Partner with management and business leaders to assess and identify training needs across the organization.
• Source, evaluate, and collaborate with external training providers to design and deliver tailored learning solutions.
• Manage and communicate the organization’s training calendar, course offerings, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and training policies.
• Lead and manage mentorship programs and other internal development initiatives to foster continuous learning.

What we’re looking for someone who’s:

• At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Preferred qualifications include Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).
• A Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resource Management.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assessment and Issuance of Letter of Guarantee (LOG) in accordance with policy contract and guidelines
• Ensure LOG are concluded within the agreed turnaround time.
• Follow up calls to the customers when necessary
• Ensure that exceptional customer services are provided
• Identify and escalate cases to supervisor where necessary and ensure closure of escalated cases
• Liaise with intermediaries, hospitals and various other parties
• Answer enquires via email and phone call
• Key in call details into the system
• Provide admin support to the team when required
• Assist and/or provide training and/or coaching when required
• Ensure that the various KPIs are met
• Undertake any other ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor or head of department

Qualifications:

• Diploma or higher educational qualification.
• Completion of Health Insurance Certificate is preferred.
• Claims Experience of at least 1-2 years in Health Claims
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Team Player and self-motivated
• Ability to work with tight timelines and under pressure
• Keen eye for details
• Highly organised around multiple priorities and timelines
• Good communication and people skills

• Handle planning and deployment of crane operators and drivers;
• Direct drivers, advising them on all loading and unloading of consignments and goods;
• Respect the law on road traffic and the traffic of goods;
• Provide accurate routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated effectively
• Ensure proper submission of documentation by crane operators and drivers;
• Report and monitor equipment breakdown and repair status;
• Handle office and booking Hotline;
• Handle all admin duties relating to crane deployment;
• Undertake other admin duties which includes issuance of Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order, compilation of data for monthly reporting;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Offering administrative and clerical assistance to support departmental functions.
• Compiling, preparing, and ensuring timely submission of necessary reports.
• Handling and processing payments for invoices.
• Arranging and coordinating meetings, including scheduling, sending invites, booking conference rooms, and setting up required equipment.
• Managing travel arrangements and scheduling appointments for the management team.
• Planning and organizing both internal and external events.
• Facilitating communication and coordination between departments to ensure efficient information flow and timely updates across the organization.
• Performing additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Possess at least diploma in Business Management or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Perform daily and regular inspections to ensure the building is in good condition, follow up on rectifications, and recommend improvements to management.
• Oversee key functions such as security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, car park systems, fire safety, and building repairs.
• Coordinate with the M&E team for inspections during unit fit-out and reinstatement works.
