As an Executive in Strategic Workforce Planning, you will contribute to the team in manpower strategies that will impact all 22,000 employees across NHG. You will also be involved in key strategic workforce planning related projects and initiatives that will transform the NHG workforce to be future-ready. Job Overview

We are seeking an Operations Executive with a strong background in the food industry and a mindset for continuous improvement to join our team in Singapore. This role involves logistics & inventory planning and will be the "go to" person for inbound and outbound operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of delivery drivers for the day-to-day operations. Keep track of daily/weekly/monthly schedule, attendance, leave applicate and duty roster.
• Work with the delivery team to ensure orders are delivered on time. Ensure the outbound team has the necessary supplies and equipment to perform their tasks and duties.
