Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in the sales of Food hygiene courses. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the food hygiene industry, knowledge of training standards in accordance to Singapore Food Agency (SFA) requirements, and a strong sales background. This role is responsible for driving the growth of our food hygiene courses by engaging with potential clients, understanding their training needs, and providing tailored solutions.

The Sales Executive for Food hygiene Courses will be responsible for:

· Identify and engage with potential customers, including businesses in the F&B industry and other sectors involved with food, such as hospitality, healthcare, education, and food production, to promote Food hygiene courses.

· Develop and implement strategies to grow the customer base and drive sales growth.

· Assess clients' needs and advise them on the appropriate food hygiene training solutions.

· Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

Qualifications and Experience:

The role

We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Secretarial Executive / Senior Corporate Secretarial Executive to join our team. This role requires an experienced professional with strong corporate governance knowledge and ensure compliance with the relevant regulations to deliver efficient corporate secretarial services ranging from public to variable capital companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and oversee their corporate secretarial needs.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SGX Listing Rules, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain and update registers, minutes book, and statutory records.
• Prepare notices, minutes and resolutions for board and shareholders meetings.
• Coordinate and facilitate the Annual General Meetings and Extraordinary General Meeting.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients on Annual Returns and other statutory filings.
• Advise on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
• Assist with client onboarding and conducting of Customer Due Diligence / Know Your Clients checks.

Key Skills and Experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a portfolio of Trust accounts. The incumbent will perform bookkeeping of all transactions within the stated timeframe and ensuring ongoing accuracy and completeness of financial records for the JTC Trust accounts.
