Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Xponential Systems in Singapore. The role involves tasks such as new business development, lead generation and business communication on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive client acquisition strategy to identify and target potential clients in the IT sector. This includes market research, lead generation, and client profiling.
• Business Development: Drive business growth by proactively identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
• Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. Understand their business needs and tailor IT solutions to meet their requirements.
• Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation, proposal development, and closing of deals. Track and report on sales performance metrics regularly.
• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges. Use this information to refine acquisition strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and technical support, to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and successful project delivery.
• Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients. Highlight the unique value propositions of our IT solutions.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities, and deal progress in the company's CRM system.
• Client Feedback: Gather client feedback to improve our offerings and client experience. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. An MBA would be an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development within the IT industry. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities :

• Lead a dedicated customer set (region or vertical) in the SMB space being responsible for the full sales cycle. You coordinate several sales projects simultaneously and are fully responsible for your customer.
• Own the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business, while growing existing accounts.
• Use your solution selling expertise to respond efficiently to customer needs and identify business potential to create a strategic, long-term partnership with your customers.
• Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings
• Prioritise and lead industry events and user groups to generate market interest.
• Work in partnership with our team of Business Developers, Pre-sales, and Marketers for all sales leads and sales opportunities.
• Building account strategy and territory plan for the Singapore Market

Required Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in full cycle sales
• Experience in the Singapore market with a track record of success.
• Credibility at all levels and evidence of building positive relationships internally and with the customer.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.
• Successful history of net direct new business sales, proving consistent delivery against targets.
• High motivation, resilience and ambition to build a career at Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

• Promote one-stop POS payment services to merchants
• Generate sales opportunities through cold calling, direct sales and visiting merchants
• Promote online and offline payment services (eg: e-wallets & credit cards) to various business partners
• Build and maintain good relationships with merchants
