1. Website Management: Manage company group brands' websites, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
2. Evaluate user experience (UX) and propose solutions for website experience improvements.
3. Social Media Management: Review and create content for social media, engage with the company's social media community, and respond to queries and comments.
4. Prepare and collate monthly website and social media performance reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
5. APP content management: Support digital solution projects by generating the right B2B content, providing operational support and setup, and monitoring online communications.
6. Digital Content Creation: Develop high-quality materials including e-brochures, e-catalogs, presentations (internal and external), mobile applications, and content for the website and online platforms.
7. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce compelling and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
8. Provide support for regional marketing.
9. Ad-hoc duties assigned as deemed appropriate.
At least a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, content creation, and website management.
