Our client, a renowned developer , has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Investor Relations Assistant Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement investor relations programs to foster effective communication and build strong relationships with the investment community, media, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee the production of investor relations materials, including annual reports, unitholder circulars, announcements, press releases, presentations, and website content.
• Organize and manage investor and analyst engagement events, such as AGMs, analyst briefings, investor conferences, and roadshows.
• Stay updated on developments in the REITs and real estate sectors to provide insights into market trends, activities, competitive landscape, shareholder concerns, and ESG-related issues.
• Manage the production of the REIT’s annual sustainability report, ensuring compliance with SGX reporting requirements.
• Monitor and review major ESG ratings, while enhancing the REIT’s corporate image and reputation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in sustainability, communications, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in English and Chinese for material creation and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of the real estate industry or sustainability/finance/accounting is a plus.
• Resourceful, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must obtain the CMFAS license.

• Salary: up to S$9,500 and Bonus
