Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and streamline HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Keep abreast of updates and implement necessary changes.
Assist in the recruitment process, onboarding, exit management, and develop strategies to improve retention.
Support the design, implementation, and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Contribute to the development and execution of training and employee development programs.
Manage employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, addressing and resolving workplace issues.
Prepare reports that support HR and organizational decision-making.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Assist with managing employee benefits such as insurance and retirement plans.
Support the annual budgeting process and performance management activities.
