Job Responsibilities and Duties

1. Stock balance reports and billing reports for 3PL & 4PL clients
2. Sample report for Inter-company
3. Warehouse utilisation report (Migrant to Power BI)
4. Secondary assembly services billing for Inter-company

• Support in business development efforts through maintenance of customer satisfaction and solutioning of value creation opportunities (3PL & 4PL).
• Review 3PL, 4PL, inter-company W&D agreements and assist in preparing agreements.
• Attend to other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Have obtained at least a GCE 'O' or 'N' Level.
• Preferable with at least 1 year of call centre experience in any industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Power BI and Business Central will be added advantage.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills.

• You will work closely with the respective business stakeholders to provide HR advisory, pertaining to HR issues and support various key HR initiatives/projects.
• You will ensure best HR practices are implemented and support various key HR initiatives/projects.
• You will manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding, employee relations and offboarding
• By partnering with the business, you will assist in the coordination of interviews and provide competency-based interviews after candidates have been screened by the Talent Acquisition Team.
• HR administrative tasks such as applying and renewing work passes • You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner and monitor recruitment costs and update recruitment reports
• Provide a centre of excellence and be the main point of contact with regards to employee relations issues
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all onboarding processes adhere to policy and process
• Handle housing and accommodation arrangements for foreign workers if necessary
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
