About the role

As our Facilities Management Project Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting the efficient management of building projects, term contracts, and maintenance initiatives. In this position, you’ll be instrumental in handling tender processes, project oversight, and contract administration to ensure quality and compliance across our portfolio. Duties and Supporting Responsibilities

• To perform treatments on guests whilst maintaining the guest’s comfort at all times
• Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each treatment
• Keep work area clean and neat at all times

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including health screening and GP services
• Manage the front-of-house, including reception, patient check-ins, and customer service
• Ensure smooth and efficient patient flow, from registration to consultation and follow-ups
• Lead and support front-line and back-office staff, including receptionists and administrative personnel
• Oversee management of patient appointments, follow-ups, and record-keeping efficiently
• Address and resolve inquiries, complaints, disputes and issues with patients / external stakeholders with professionalism
• Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and healthcare professionals as needed
• Actively source and strategies to smoothen operational flows and enhance patient experience

• Ensure proper filing and storage of medical forms, reports, and legal documents

Qualification & Experience:-
