JOB DESCRIPTION:
You hold a key role in your success and the success of the company. You will be highly visible both among internal and external customers. You are self-driven, passionate, and a fast learner. Your key responsibilities include identifying and meeting customer needs. You will maintain a good rapport with customers.
You will keep yourself abreast with product information updates and current trends thus adding value to the recommendations you make to our partners. You will directly report to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Regularly contact customers via product presentation to explain product features and solicit orders
· Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing customers, and attending trade shows and conferences.
· Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
· In charge of the 4 top training hospitals (SGH, NSC, NUH, CGH)
· Develop Key Opinion Leader and build a good business relationship
· In charge of developing business in the hospital by processing the listing of the products in the hospital formulary
· Regular product presentation in the Training Department (Derm, Plastic Surgery, Obgyn, Onco)
· Ensure that the company’s presentation modules are used in each account
· Support customers' queries about products, prices, availability, and product use.
· Provide customers with product catalogs if required
· Prepare sales delivery orders and submit them for processing
· Consistent follow-up with customers to resolve problems and provide ongoing support
· Maintain customer records
· Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
· Achieve company-set sales targets and goals
· Formalize sales plans based on product/customer knowledge to drive results
· Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies and marketing information.
· Protects the company’s value by keeping information confidential.
· Other Adhoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
. No relevant experience required
· Computer literate – MS Office Applications
· Passionate and results-oriented
· Very aggressive, dynamic, and outgoing personality
· Good understanding of customer and market dynamics is a must
·1-2 years of experience in the sales industry (Advantage)
· Proven track record in achieving sales quotas (Advantage)
