· - Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews to maintain compliance with contractual obligations.

· - Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, resolving issues related to delivery, quality, or invoicing.

· - Perform additional tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· - Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or Supply Chain Management with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

· - Prior experience in the construction sector, main contractor is preferred.

· - Knowledge of the full procurement process, including Quantity Surveying (QS) experience, is an advantage.

· - Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

· -Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills

· - Self-motivated, resourceful, and with a positive attitude.

• Manage a team of operators, supervisors and construction site drivers.
• Monitoring performance of sub-contractors and company's employees.
• Allocating sub-contractors, resources, construction materials and other staff.
• Assign various work tasks as required.
• Arrange shift/scheduling of duty roster.
• Handle customers’ complaints, drivers’ and operators’ feedback and problems.
• Coordinate with customers on site requirements and activities.
• Maintaining a safe, secure and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes.
• Work with Compliance Officer and other relevant personnel to update the procedures.
• Brief the support team members on the procedures.
• Brief managers on updated procedures.
• Work with support team members to ensure records are in order.
• Ensuring smooth delivery of cargoes to customers/site within schedule.
• To schedule job, set priorities, monitor job progress & tracking schedules, communicate changes on job status.
• Application of required customs and LTA permits etc… if necessary.
• Costs projection and budget measures.
• Other admin and billing functions as required.

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree
• Min 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry
• PC literate
• Well organized & able to multi-task
• Willing to work night-shift
• Willing to work in West Area
