Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Assist in managing accounts receivable and payable, including issuing invoices, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
• Assist in reconciling bank statements with general ledger balances.
• Monitor and track expenses, ensuring they are properly recorded and categorized.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Oracle.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently
• Available within short notice

1) Ensure daily orders are completed on time in full.

2) Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.

3) Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.

4) Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.

5) Ensure team members practise warehouse processes.

6) Reports any mechanical problems.

7) Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.

8) Follows good warehouse practices and required work safe practices.

9) Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

10) Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience

- Min 5 years of working experience in a warehouse environment.

- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel & ERP systems SAP preferred

- Able to work under pressure, fast paced environment

- Team player, meticulous & proactive
