Experience and Education

• Experience with demonstrated competencies in managing content marketing campaigns
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write client feature stories and newsletter articles tailored to different audiences
• Good understanding of content marketing fundamentals and tools — including content calendar, ChatGPT, UI/UX, Google Analytics
• Proficiency in Wordpress CMS, Elementor and CiviCRM is an advantage
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) is an advantage
• Proficiency in fundraising systems and platforms, such as crowdfunding platforms and donor management systems, is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Communications or related fields; postgraduate qualifications are a plus
• Non-degree holders with a strong track record and demonstrated proficiencies will be considered

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparation of full set of accounts for a portfolio of clients;
• Preparation and submission of GST returns;
• Compilation of financial statements in accordance with SFRS and Companies’ Act

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or degree in accountancy or equivalent qualifications;
• Preferably have at least 1 year working experience in preparing full set of accounts;
• Prior working experience in an accounting/audit firm will be advantageous;
• Proficiency in accounting software will be advantageous;
• Possess working knowledge on accounting and tax concepts;
• Good knowledge with FRS standards, Tax and GST regulations;
• Good interpersonal skills and self-driven;
• Able to work independently and interdependently;
• Able to provide quality work within deadline;
• Possess a high attention to detail and professionalism.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operational activities of recruitment, preboarding and onboarding, performance management and training, employment changes and offboarding processes for Operations units.
• Assist employees with HR transactions such as payroll, benefits enrolment, and leave management.
• Ensure timely and accurate HR updates on workforce and employee data.
• Provide support and proactive follow-up on HR programs and processes.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations in Singapore.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR and other stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to HR service delivery.
• Monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of HR shared services back-office operations.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives for effective simplification of HR processes.

Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll management, and recruitment support.
• Strong understanding of payroll, employment laws, and HR best practices.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Understands the requirement and criteria of CONQUAS 21; preferbaly with exposure to Quality Marks inspection procedure and preparation
• Conduct defect investigation and identification
