• Manages the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process including sourcing of vendors, ITQ/ Tender, bid clarifications, negotiations, issue PO and facilitate vendor payment

We are looking for an incumbent with drive and commitment to deliver the job scope as follows:

1. Raise Purchase Orders (PO), source for competitively priced products from China and other countries, arrange shipping, follow up on timely delivery, check quantity and quality of reception into stock is in accordance with PO, report on items not received or damaged to Supervisor.
