Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable Management

• Managing the AR process, ensuring timely invoicing and accurate customer account management.

• Manage financial closing process for the affiliated companies with a low transaction volume.

The Property Executive Cum FSM will be required to manage and monitor the repair and replacement work including managing the defects rectification throughout the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
