Role description:

The Operations Executive (OE) supports the Operations Manager (OM) in driving revenue, improving profitability, and managing operations across all SCF outlets, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

The role will cover these key areas of the organisation:

1. Customer Engagement and Revenue Development

1.1. Assist the OM in meeting interested stakeholders for course and programme opportunities.

1.2. Develop and execute programmes to engage customers and maximise SCF revenues.

2. Operations Management

2.1. Set up and oversee operations centres, ensuring seamless functionality and customer satisfaction.

2.2. Assist in administering paddling activities and ensuring smooth, safe operations.

2.3. Manage reservoir and boat storage areas in coordination with users and agencies.

2.4. Update SOPs, ensuring compliance with safety and service standards.

3. Course and Programme Management

3.1. Maintain online systems for course registration and payments.

3.2. Process SCF course and coaching certificates.

4. Other Responsibilities

5. Qualifications/Technical Requirements/Experience:

5.1. Diploma/Degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

5.2. Experience in operations or event management is advantageous.

5.3. Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

5.4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities:

1. Management reports:

-Prepare monthly trial balance and balance sheet schedules,

4. Assist in a joint venture entity (JV) accounts and GST:

focomm Club CCA Duties

To support Infocomm Club CCA by providing training to the students on the use of AV equipment and media editing.

Audio-Visual (AV) Duties

To carry out the work assigned by ICT Manager or HOD/SH ICT, act as the AVA Executive for the school and provide AV technical support for teaching and learning purposes as well as school events, including but not limited to setup of projection, sound system and control room operation.

To perform servicing for AV equipment and maintain usage and service records of such equipment and assist in the maintenance of all AV equipment.

Event Support Duties

To be the photographer and videographer to record footage and photos for school events.

To edit, archive and update photo montages and videos for school.

To setup AV equipment for school events.

Non-SSOE ICT Infrastructure Maintenance

Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day support for non-SSOE ICT hardware and software issues across the school under the instructions of HOD/SH ICT and ICT Manager. This includes managing device setups, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of all non SSOE ICT equipment.

Maintenance of ICT Resources: Oversee the inventory, maintenance, and timely updates of all non-SSOE ICT and AV equipment. This includes maintaining the security of school devices, ensuring software updates are applied, and managing equipment booking systems for staff and student use.

The personnel shall minimally have the following skills:
