The Position

• Core responsibility is to ensure the smoothness of daily closing tasks:
• Multi-currency bank reconciliations,
• Crypto exchange hedging, reconciliations, and trade accounting,
• Preparing payments and liaise with bank relationship managers when required,
• Ensure that trade AP and AR positions are fully understood and reconciled and issue the daily financial closing report.

Based on learning curve, other responsibilities will follow:

• AP and AR bookings and review (Xero),
• Attending to customer enquiries related to payments,

Salary and Benefits

The salary is dependent on your capability, experience and skills. The typical starting salary is from SGD 3,000 to SGD 4,000 per month for a driven candidate, plus up to 3 months' bonus. In addition, BullionStar provides an Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) equivalent to 1 month salary. ANRC is seeking a dynamic and motivated Fundraiser Executive, who is responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our mission.

A strong leadership with written, communication and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of fundraising & proven tracks.

Responsibilities:

• To develop and execute all fundraising campaigns and events to meet financial targets.Fundraising events, such as Golf Charity Tournament, Annual Charity Dinner and any new programs or events.
• To identify, to cultivate and to build a strong relationship with potential donors, including individuals, corporations, foundations, and etc.
• To develop, to implement and targeting charitable trusts who support the charity’s aims and activities.
• To source for Grants application, if any
• Ensure all applications and implementations are accordance to all compliances and regulations.
• To draw up event budgets for the committee.
• Track and report on fundraising progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• To update the working committee on the progress of the event and project account reporting.
• Manage donor database and ensure timely acknowledgment of gifts, donors tax receipt.
• To recruit and manage volunteers for the fundraising events.
• To assist in ad-hoc assign by manager.

Requirements:

• Experiences in fundraising or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
• Ability to work independently and passionate fundraiser.
• Team player and fast learner.

• Oversee daily salon operations
• Hire and train beauticians, as needed
• Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality
• Order beauty products, like creams and essential oils and replenish stock
• Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment
• Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations
• Ensure all beauty treatments meet high quality standards
• Maintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules
• Promote services, products and discounts on social media
• Receive payments from clients and track all transactions
• Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g. daily, monthly and quarterly)
• Run online competitions and offer discount packages to attract new customers

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee the monthly closing of accounts and ensure timely preparation and submission of financial reports to management.
• Prepare monthly management reports and presentations (including financial and business performance analysis).
• Review and verify expenses.
• Reconcile medical insurance claims to payment reports/collections, and liaise with clinic operations teams to resolve rejected claims.
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare and submit annual statutory accounts in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Prepare quarterly GST returns and annual corporate tax filings.
• Prepare relevant financial reports and presentations for Annual General Meetings.
• Liaise with auditors in relation to annual statutory audits.
• Assess current practices and processes, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent, with professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CA) a plus
• 3-6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in managing a team of accounting personnel
• Good problem-solving, analytical and presentation skills
• Conscientious and meticulous
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Knowledge in Xero accounting software and clinics/retail industries will be an advantage
