Tasks Delivery

• Deliver task on time with quality as requested

• Willing to work OT (if required to deliver the work)

• Able to demonstrate thorough analytical skills process

• Able to think and work independently with minimum but clear guidance

Technical Skills Requirements:

• Hands on and familiar with Project Management / WBS in SAP

• Handling/Analyze Thousands of WBS data regularly

• Contract Assets/ Contract Liabilities

• Return on Capital Employed (RoCE) concept

• Orderbook concept

Other Requirements:

• At least more than 5 years of Financial Accounting and Business Controlling experience;

• Proficient with MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, SAP

• Knowledge on Project Costing/ WBS settlement will be preferred

• Strong business acumen, analytical skills and sound knowledge of accounting, taxation standards and relevant statutory requirements

• Able to work independently under high pressure with very limited resources

• Strong communication and presentation skills

Job Responsibilities

• Ushering the guests warmly upon arrival and escorting them to their tables with the menus.
• Serve food and beverages to guests according to established fine-dining service standards in a timely-manner.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Anticipate and fulfil customer needs, such as refilling water glasses or providing additional utensils.
• Present and explain the bill to customers, as well as process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain high-quality hygiene standards.
• Carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Best with working experience in a restaurant, hospitality management and/or other related fields.
• Customer-oriented and proactive.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, as our customers primarily communicate in English.
