Located within Core Collective, Aurum's renowned fitness, wellness and lifestyle coworking centre of excellence, Core Clinic will provide cost-effective and flexible medical coworking spaces, allowing medical specialists to gain greater access to a unique ecosystem of patients and professionals in a prime location spanning 7,000 square feet in Katong i12 Mall. This will effectively create an ecosystem of top wellness practitioners, creating synergies and cross-selling opportunities between medical doctors and Core Collective's network of allied healthcare, fitness and wellness practitioners.
What We're Looking For:
As Aurum SMG grows we are looking for a Clinic Executive to join the team.
Clinic Executive is tasked to assist with the running of the Clinic. Thus, she has a vital role of
creating an enriching environment for both staff and patients. She must work well with the
other staff in order for the clinic to deliver the level of service quality expected.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Patient Care Management
● Greet and receive patients or visitors who present at reception counter
● Perform patient registration for all patient by obtaining patient’s addresses, contact
details, insurance, information and medical histories
● Update and verifying patient information at each visit and maintain confidentiality
● Answer phone call and enquires courteously and promptly
● Assist and direct patient and visitor to examination rooms
● Clinical duties including chaperoning doctors, assisting in clinical tasks such as blood
pressure taking, dressing, assisting the doctor in minor surgical procedures.
● Scheduling patient appointments and making reminder calls
● Provide financial counselling to patient and patient’s family
● Collect payment for services rendered
● Closure of daily accounts
● Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of counter and patient’s waiting areas.
Administrative Management
● Replenish patient’s brochures and office stationaries
● Perform clerical duties, filing work, data for statistics reporting
● Call for maintenance and repair work
● Assist in maintaining inventory levels.
● Assist in new doctor’s on-boarding in accordance with SOPs and in a timely manner
● Assist in regular check-in with medical residents
● Assist in Sourcing and purchasing of clinic items
● Any other duties as required
Who You Are:
- Experience in the healthcare setting would be an advantage.
- Computer literacy
- Enrolled nurses may be considered.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good customer-service mindset
- Able to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
- Able to commit to a 5.5 days work week, shift work & weekends.
- Punctual and adhere to monthly roster
- Able to start within short notice or immediate is preferred
