• Collaborate closely with HR team and related departments to deliver a full spectrum of HR services to the assigned departments.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the General Practitioners First (GPFirst) programme. Apart from attending to GPFirst-related enquiries from patients and GP clinics, you will review referrals received under the programme, assist in data collation, and prepare reports for quality improvement purposes.
