Job Responsibilities

• Liaise and work closely with various stakeholders in performing cost calculation and pricing on existing and new services/ projects.
• Ensure Service master is updated and accurate for system go-live.
• Prepare, formulate, and rationalise price revision proposal to ensure organisation’s financial sustainability, while taking into consideration patient bill impact.
• Work with IT vendor to maintain efficient SharePoint workflow as part of continuous process improvement, including the identification and resolution of issues.
• Monitor and report SharePoint workflow turnaround time.
• Ensure accurate and timely update of data files for internal management reporting.
• Support annual cost refresh/ updates on services.
• Provide Business partnering support to Business Units within a growing regional healthcare system.
• Any other ad-hoc duties.

Requirement:

• Degree in Business/ Admin/ Account/ Finance
• Prior experience in Pricing and Costing will be advantage

Job Descriptions:

• Managed company 2 websites Prefer experience in Shopify E-commerce Platform.
• Product listing management on all channels, including content, product images, and product copywriting: ensuring product listing quality is consistent across all Platforms.
• Optimize website content, including meta titles and descriptions, to improve search engine rankings.
• Able to monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates.
• Daily order management, fulfillment, and Sales Support.
• Prepare packing list daily to ensure smooth delivery.
• contributing to creative ideas that support and generate excitement around each online campaign to increase visitation.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements: (No Experience and willing to learn also welcome to apply)

• Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Minimum 2 ~ 3 years working experience in E-Commerce
• Prefer to have Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator or other well-known Design Software. (Canva or others)
• Basic video editing knowledge.
• Must be proficient in MS Office e.g., Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Adaptable and able to implement and deal with process change.

Reporting to the Head of Brand, Communications, & Marketing, the Executive/Senior Executive for Communications will develop and implement internal and external corporate communications strategies and plans, aimed at enhancing the image and reputation of the YTL PowerSeraya Group.

Responsibilities

External Communications

1. Develop the communications strategy in alignment with key business priorities

· Handle all media queries (proactive and reactive)

· Develop press releases, FAQs, talking points, and narratives when required

· Develop media briefing documents, media interview facilitation and pre-interview spokesperson briefing when required

· Media engagements with key media (mainstream, local business, energy media)

· Research, identify and pitch for stories/interviews as appropriate

· Daily media monitoring to constantly stay ahead of developing digital media channels in order to mitigate risks or exploit opportunities

· Develop single narrative and ensure messages align

2. Implement and deliver branding/image

· Act as one of the main points of coordination within the Group

· Assist in developing and managing the Group’s initiatives

· Brand profiling and positioning as required

· Brand guardian of the company’s branding and corporate content materials

3. Develop and maintain digital media presence

· LinkedIn account

· Maintain and update website contents

4. Establish presence in the industry by aligning narratives about our business and participate in industry-driven forums, etc.

5. Crisis Communication

· Act as central point of contact with Energy Market Authority’s Communications team

· Oversee crisis communications with key stakeholders, including preparation and drafting of holding statements

Internal Communications

1. Drive and align information throughout the organisation

· Sharing and alignment of information about the industry, the business and the Group

· Communicate the Corporate Culture

· Communicate Management initiatives

2. Boost Engagement and Productivity

· Create conversations - develop Communications Roadmap to address and manage various stages of behavioural shifts in people going through a change process for employee engagement

· Develop content and organise staff-bonding events

· Forge closer ties/bridging the gap between employees

· Leverage on all communication channels and repurpose content

Job Requirements

· Preferably a Degree with strong passion to work in the communications space

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Communications or PR agency

· Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and presentation skills

· Preferably Mandarin proficient, to liaise with Chinese media

· Resourceful, and able to work both independently and in teams

· Strong interpersonal, time-management and organizational skills
