Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Creative Executive with a passion for visual design and marketing. As part of the marketing team, your key responsibility includes:

• Conceptualise and design visually appealing and brand-consistent marketing materials for online and offline touch-points
• Create on-brand graphics, illustrations, visual elements and marketing content for group brands
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Adapt and optimise designs for various communication platforms
• Maintains familiarity with customer demographics and develops an appropriate look and feel for all collaterals
• Handle any additional duties or projects assigned by senior management
• Maintains projects files and archives

The position is a dual role which entails a customer service aspect.

The scope of work includes:

• Familiarising with daily operations to understand the brand and audience better
• Front desk responsibilities, including welcoming and engaging our guests during the check-in process
• Providing support to our clients regarding membership queries, bookings, and retail purchases
• Ensuring the upkeep of cleanliness within the gym

Qualifications

• Diploma in visual communications-related course and higher
• 2 years of graphic design or digital marketing experience will be ideal
• Basic design sense, proficiency in design tools and social media platforms (eg. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Proficiency in basic Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), expertise in video editing (Premiere Pro and Aftereffects) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in Graphic Design or Visual Communications role
• Possess initiative to learn, pick up necessary skill sets and come up with great ideas!

Responsibilities

 Responsible for managing the full set of accounts

 Handle the preparation of month/year-end financial and

management reports

 Analyze and interpret financial results and the company's

performance

 Prepare month-end financial closing procedures and

conduct general ledger reconciliations

 Ensure compliance with internal control systems and

statutory financial regulations

 Provide supervision and guidance to team members to

promote cooperation and maintain high-quality records

and reports, meeting all deadlines

 Identify areas for process and procedure improvement to

enhance efficiency

 Monitor cash flow requirements and manage treasury

functions

 Handle Fixed Asset accounting, reconciliations, and

depreciation journals

 Check, inspect, and reconcile bank deposits and payments

 Examine bank statements and reconcile them with general

ledger entries

 Ensure disbursement of funds align with approved budget

and allocation

 Review invoices and supporting documents from all site

offices (projects) and obtain approval for payment

processing

 Facilitate payments to suppliers and subcontractors

according to internal payment terms

 Prepare monthly supplier and customer statement

reconciliations

JD for Accounts Executive

• Assist in accounting functions of group companies.
• Issue invoice for customers’registrations on a timely basis.
• Submit funding (SDF etc) applications and claims forclients and trainees, and ensure proper follow up of cases and receipt of disbursement in bank
• Verify and enter payment (cash, cheques, NETS, GIRO, funding disbursements and others etc) into system daily.
• Provide administrative and customer support such as payment collections, handling enquiries on outstanding accounts, supplier vendor forms and GIRO forms etc.
• Verify receivables and account discrepancies by liaising with customers and/or other departments such as sales and/ or training admin.
• Check receipt books for completeness, accuracy and accountability.
• Follow up with suppliers (Eg: Stationery, water, air-con, other purchases) to request for quotes and processing purchase orders and bills from suppliers after management’s approval.
• Prepare and verify claims (such as associate fees, petty claims, staff claims)
• Maintain proper records and filing for invoices, purchases, debits and credits.
• Update and generate weekly reports such as aged receivables and payables.
• Assist in accounting system close procedure and audits.
• Strictly adhere to finance process and policies.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Possess at least a GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ level
• Meticulous, systematic and organised.
• Able to work independently without much supervision.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Possess strong work ethics and keep information confidential
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook etc.
• Training will be provided.
