Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years of successful SAS or Consultancy sales experience and background in process consulting or enterprise software sales.
• A background in business administration, economics, information systems, or related field might be preferred
• Experience in a “New Business Hunter” role in a related field or industry.
• You should possess a specialized understanding of the different lines of business within the banking, public sector, or oil and gas verticals.
• Ability to speak and write fluent English.

Nice to Haves:

• 6+ years’ experience with value-based proposition SaaS sales.
• A well-connected network of c-level executives where your relationship could be advantageous.
• Proven track record in hunting, prospecting, pipeline generation, opportunity management, and deal closing.

Responsibilities

- Respond to incoming and outgoing correspondence

- Proper record keeping and filing of documents

- Application, renewal, cancellation of work permit/employment pass via MOM website, security bond for foreign workers

- Proper record of attendance, medical leave, home leave for foreign workers

- Maintain record and arrange for training for foreign workers

- Preparation of documents for renewal of certificates, permits

- Proper documentation of dormitory records

- Provide administrative support to the team

- Performing other duties requested by supervisors

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Roles and Responsibilities:

The candidate's main responsibilities are as follows:

- To support with the raising of procurement requests and perform goods receipt

- To support timely response to project teams' enquiries on procurement matters

- To assist in providing relevant periodic procurement status reports

- To assist with periodic audit checks

Requirements / Qualifications:

- Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline.

- Experience in IT procurement will be an advantage

- Knowledge of SAP and/or Ariba will be an added advantage.
