• liase with users and authority to prepare and submit detailed work proposals for job requests.

• prepare costing, condition assessment, and proposal for maintenance works.

• responsible for inventory record, drawings, documentations and defect liability period registers.

• compile and maintain service reports, licenses/certificates on site.

• prepare and submit certificate of completion for maintenance works and services monthly, and prepare monthly claims.

• supervise and follow up with sub-contractors to carry out corrective maintenance/adhoc works and to rectify defects reported by quality control/auality, assurance, auditor/users.

• check and certify works done by sub-contractors.

• perform any other technical tasks as and when required.

Job Description:

• manage day-to-day technical operations, including attending daily toolbox meetings, compliance with WSHA.

• respond to emergency fault calls during office hours/standby duties after office hours in rotating duty roster and ensure timely rectification of issues.
