Programme Implementation

• Provide on-site wayfinding/assistance (e.g. lost-and-found) for public visitors at the Public Concierge, the proposed manpower will escalate the service requests/status enquiries/feedback to the middle office via the Employee Relationship Management System (ERMS) for case resolution
• Provide logistics and AV support for events organised within the three primary locations when needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline
• Strong service excellence mind-set
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software/applications (e.g. Excel) will be advantageous

• Location: Bukit Gombak, Hillview & Depot Road (Deployed to 1 location)
• Salary: $2,200 - $2,700
• Performance Bonus
• 14 Days Annual Leave
• Duration: 4+5 years contract
• Working hrs: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Hours might be staggered subjected to team lead)

• Procurement Support: Assist teams with sourcing and procurement, including spare parts for maintenance, contractors and materials for renovations, and office supplies like stationery and festive gifts.
• Vendor Management: Source, assess, and pre-qualify vendors.
• Quotation/Tender Management: Manage purchase and tender requests, prepare and issue documents, collect clarifications, and evaluate vendor responses.
• Vendor Appointment: Compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and issue Purchase Orders, Work Orders, or Letters of Award.
• Others: Handle document filing, storage, and ad-hoc duties.
