Job Responsibilities:

• Comply with and uphold company’s plans and vision
• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
• New Staff onboarding (briefing on SOPs, employee handbook, training, evaluation)
• Resolve problems and complaints
• Review, analyse and propose on staff welfare, processes
• Prepare and submit performance reports
• Able to handle stress and work efficiently
• Maintain effective communication with team members and the management
• Ensures work environments are adequate and safe
• Incident reports - ensure proper process, filing, follow up
• Collaborate with sales and finance department
• Facilitate the use of technology, electronic tools and devices
• Propose and implement staff evaluation
• Familiarise with best industry practices
• Familiarise with laws and regulations
• Plan continuous work improvement activities and performance improvement strategies
• Provide assistance in ongoing reviewing of records and information to ensure that work processes are followed
