• Respond to procurement-related policy and procedure inquiries, and assist in troubleshooting system errors.
• Review and ensure compliance in procurement transactions (POs, Waivers, Contracts raised, new vendor creation/re-activation, etc.) executed.
• To follow-up on enquires/clarifications (as needed).
• Facilitate follow-ups in retrieval of supporting documents from multiple parties (e.g. vendors for SD collection, supporting documents for new vendor creation/re-activation, etc.).
• Ensure training and support is provided to users in eProcurement System.
• User-acceptance testing for system enhancements (as required).
• Other administrative duties, scanning/filing and ad-hoc task/projects assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum with 2 to 3 years of related Procurement & Account Management experience.
• Preferably experienced with tenders and eProcurement systems.
• Having familiarity with SAP Procurement Modules will be an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise contractors for M&E preventive maintenance works such as Crane/Air compressor/Fire protection system/Lift/Cooling tower/ Aircon/ Ejector pump, etc.
• Plan and supervise contractors for building services work such as cleaning/landscaping/waste management, renovation, etc.
• Troubleshoot faults and carry out corrective maintenance such as replace light tubes/fitting, install power points, etc.
• Conduct daily routine inspection for building/M&E facilities works
• Record meter reading to monitor electricity/water consumption.
• Ensure contractor comply with security and safety requirements for corrective and preventive maintenance works
• Raise Purchase Requisition for works/services by contractors/vendors
• Perform acceptance of services completed by contractor e.g. pest control, grass cutting, etc.
• Response to emergency call including after office hours e.g. power failure, fire incident, etc.

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Facilities Managements or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 years experience in Facilities/M&E maintenance.
• Prefer Class 2 /3 driving license
• Able to work on weekends for critical repair works
• Able to commit for Alternate Saturday
• Singaporean Only

• Position: Accounts Cum Admin Executive

Accounts Receivable 70%
