About the Position

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media and Digital Content Management

- Oversee the SBC social media calendar and manage all social media channels and accounts under SBC’s marketing purview

- Develop and execute innovative content marketing strategies with the marketing intern for social media, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, TikTok and LinkedIn

2. Project Management

- Develop marketing and outreach strategies with the Marketing Manager to publicise SBC’s programmes, strengthen SBC’s branding, and grow the SBC community, including identifying potential collaborators and partnerships

4. Donations/Sponsorships

- Assist the Marketing Manager and Executive Director in SBC’s fundraising efforts, including drafting sponsorship proposals; prospecting potential donors and sponsors;

coordinating donation campaigns and managing donor relations

Job Requirements:

Job Description

As a Technical Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of property management and maintenance. You will work closely with property managers and maintenance teams to ensure that properties are well-maintained, efficient, and meet regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of building systems, technology infrastructure, and experience in implementing energy-efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Property Management:

• Oversee the technical aspects of property management, including building systems, infrastructure, and maintenance protocols.

Maintenance Planning and Execution:

• Collaborate with property managers to develop and implement preventive maintenance plans, ensuring that building systems, equipment, and infrastructure are functioning optimally.
  

Energy Efficiency:

• Identify opportunities to optimize energy usage in buildings and implement sustainable solutions to drive energy efficiency and cost savings. Stay updated on energy regulations and rebates to maximize efficiency and compliance.
  

Vendor Management:

• Engage and manage relationships with service providers, contractors, and suppliers for technical maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.

Technical Assessments and Audits:

• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of properties to identify maintenance needs, potential risks, and compliance with technical standards and regulations.
• Develop action plans to address identified issues.
  

Budgeting and Cost Management:

• Assist in the preparation and management of the technical budget, monitoring expenses, and optimizing costs while maintaining quality standards.
  

Technology Integration:

• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and systems to enhance property operations, such as building automation, security systems, IoT devices, and energy management software.
  

Compliance and Regulations:

• Stay updated on local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Ensure properties comply with relevant standards and implement necessary remedial actions.
  

Communication and Coordination:

• Collaborate with property management teams, tenants, and other stakeholders to address technical issues, provide updates on maintenance projects, and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
  

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property maintenance activities, contracts, service agreements, and technical documentation.
• Prepare reports on building performance, maintenance activities, and expense tracking.
  

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field with 3 years experience.
• Proven experience in property management or technical maintenance roles.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Familiarity with energy management systems and sustainability practices.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  Valid certifications in relevant technical areas (e.g., HVAC, electrical) are a plus.

• Examine the project bidding documents, which include technical specifications, business documents, and drawing documents;
• Determine how many projects each curtain wall system has;
• Indicate in colour the scope of work for the Twilight contract on the node diagram for the plane, facade, and curtain wall;
• Completing the whole cost calculation file, determine the system price and material content (such as aluminium profiles, iron components, aluminium plates, glass, etc.) based on the design scheme drawings and the unit price of materials, labour, and measurements;
• Assign the list item's unit price based on the total cost price that has been established;
• Additional tasks pertaining to commercial bids for curtain walls.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree or higher with a focus on machinery, civil engineering, engineering costing, or other relevant fields;
• At least three years of experience in commercial bids for curtain wall projects abroad;
• Possess a specific level of proficiency in reading English-language papers and drawings;
• Be serious, patient, cautious, and possess the capacity to withstand pressure

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Sales:Responsible for selling high-end exhibition and custom furniture.
   Provide professional consultation services to clients, addressing their needs and recommending suitable furniture solutions.
   
2. Client Development and Retention:Actively identify and engage potential clients, including exhibition design companies, luxury property developers, and individual customers.
   Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term cooperation.
   
3. Sales Targets:Develop and implement sales plans to achieve individual and team sales targets.
   Earn competitive commissions based on sales performance.
   
4. Market Intelligence:Stay updated on industry trends, gather market and competitor information, and provide valuable insights to the company.
   
5. Communication and Coordination:Communicate fluently in both Mandarin and English to effectively engage with diverse clients and teams.
   Collaborate closely with design, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth order delivery.
   

Requirements:

1. Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Experience:Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the furniture or related industry.
   Experience in exhibition or high-end furniture sales is highly desirable.

Programme Implementation

1. Establish links and partnerships with relevant agencies to determine programme requirements and relevance
2. Identify upcoming trends affecting programme's success
3. Follow best practices and new methodologies aimed at enhancing programme impact
4. Follow service framework for programme work plans, resource requirement and budgeting
5. Follow procedures for programmes pertaining to community service
6. Plan and collaborate with other organisations to achieve programme's goals
7. Support Reporting Officer in reviewing the alignment of programme to centre objectives
8. Support Reporting Officer in reviewing effectiveness of programmes

Community Work

1. Implement community outreach event/ Coordinate Roadshows

4. Link up of community resources
