• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with the senior management team, executive assistant and other relevant staff to coordinate schedules and address any transportation needs.
• Punctuality: Coordinate with the senior management team / executive assistant on schedule to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of ‘N’ level or equivalent. Certifications in defensive driving or vehicle maintenance are advantageous.
• At least 5 years of experience as a private driver or personal driver, preferably for senior executives or high-profile individuals.
• Should assume the role of company driver within the last 5 years.
• Had driven and is familiarity with electric vehicles, with at least 1 year of experience in driving EV vehicle.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 or equivalent driving license with a clean record (0 demerit points in the past 5 years).
• Excellent driving abilities with a proven safety record.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the applications of prospective students (local and aboard) based on admission policies.

• Familiar with Immigration Checkpoints & Authority ("ICA") for application cases and handle the creation of SOLAR+ accounts.

JOB PURPOSE:

The role holder is responsible for assisting the Manager in the day-to-day financial operations in the campus.

Functional:

• Supports the Manager in the day-to-day financial operations, transactions and collections in the campus
• Collects the tuition fees for the campus and updates the system
• Monitors all billing and credit collection, and maintains a daily collections report
• Supports the preparation of cash flow estimates and forecasts for the campus, and assists in the managing the campus’ financial assets and liabilities
• Assists in the preparation and verification of all financial transactions in the campus
• Reviews the accuracy of vendor invoices and staff and student claims in the campus, ensuring that policies are complied with and expenses are charge to the correct cost center
• Works closely with the Academics and Admissions team to review scholarship applications and undertakes the necessary processes for the respective scholarships (e.g. scholarships may be awarded partially or in full, or at end of the year and requires upfront payment, etc.)
• For merit-based scholarship, ensures the scholarship is administered together with the tuition fees invoice
• For income-based scholarships, collect relevant financial documents from the parents for review and means-testing, and ensures the scholarship amount allocated is accurate.

• Monday – Friday: 9.00 am to 5.30pm (1 hr lunch break)
• Saturday: 9.00am to 1pm

Roles & Responsibilities

You will plan and create new menus, set culinary directions in collaboration with the management, train and give directions to all kitchen staff, maintain food quality, manage inventory and food costs within budget. Manage and execute private/corporate events.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and create new recipes and design overall menus
• Supervise the kitchen team to run the kitchen at a high quality whilst maintaining acceptable food cost
• Track, record, and maintain inventory stock including foods and kitchen supplies
• Schedule and coordinate the kitchen team members to ensure manpower cost are within budget
• Establish controls to minimise food waste
