The IT executive oversees and manages all aspects of the information technology infrastructure to ensure efficient and effective support of the Company's operations. The IT Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the information technology systems and services. This role ensures IT operations' reliability, security, and efficiency to support the Company's objectives.

1. IT Infrastructure Management: • Oversee the IT infrastructure's design, implementation, and maintenance, including servers, networks, and storage systems. • Ensure the availability and performance of all IT systems to support daily operations.

2. Software and Applications: • Manage and support the deployment of software applications specific to imaging and healthcare, such as picture archiving and communication systems (PACS) and radiology information systems (RIS). • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to customise, integrate, and optimise software solutions.

3. Data Security and Compliance: • Implement and maintain security measures to protect patient data and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.

4. User Support: • Support end-users, including radiologists, technicians, and administrative staff. • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff proficiency in IT systems.

5. Project Management: • Lead IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements. • Collaborate with other stakeholders to understand their IT needs and align projects with overall business goals.

6. Budgeting and Vendor Management: • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions. • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and IT hardware and software support.

7. Emergency Response and Disaster Recovery: • Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of IT failures or emergencies. • Implement and test backup and recovery procedures regularly.

8. Technology Trends and Innovation: • Stay abreast of technological advancements in healthcare IT and imaging technology. • Evaluate and recommend new technologies that can enhance capabilities.

• Assist in managing the daily logistics operations such as ensuring enough supply of raw materials and smooth delivery of products;
• Liaise with the manufacturing unit to meet sales demand and monitor factory KPIs;

Requirements:

• Preferably a 2nd Class Upper Honours Degree in Engineering, Science (Chemistry / Biochemistry / Food Science & Technology) or Business Studies;
• 3 to 5 years working experience and some experience in business development activities;

The Facilities Management team is responsible for ensuring that our buildings and facilities support the empowerment and inclusion of our users. To this end, the team ensures that our building and facilities are accessible, safe and in working order, while also ensuring that the needs of our occupants are met.

The Senior/Executive (Facilities Management) will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintenance and upkeep of the RC’s estate and facilities, through regular building and M&E inspections, compliance to authorities’ requirements and management of service subcontractors to effectively achieve the highest standard. The postholder will also ensure that all facilities maintenance issues and emergencies are attended to promptly and rectified with minimal inconvenience and disruption. The postholder will work closely with vendors/contractors such as security force, cafeteria and transport services.

Critical Work Functions

Implementation of safety policies and initiatives to ensure a conducive and Safe Environment for Users

• Develop and implement preventive/corrective maintenance programs for M&E installations
• Develop and implement fire emergency plan, fire safety audit, maintenance plan for security surveillance systems and carpark facilities to achieve highest standard of safety and security
• Requisite safety and security equipment and parts
• Follow up and investigate incidents or complaints relating to fire safety and security in RC campuses and properties

Liaison with subcontractors and vendors

• Follow through the tender, evaluation and recommendation of service or term contracts, as well as its administration and management to ensure works are carried out in accordance to planned schedules, budget and approved specifications.
• Conduct general inspection to identify services for rectification and oversee sub-contractors’ performance in accordance with contractual work scope and timeline of completion
• Regularly coordinate and escort the external vendors to carry out regular maintenance and fixing services accordingly to schedule or as needed
• Plan the transportation deployment of the school vehicles; and ensure maintenance and upkeep of the school vehicles.

Education and Staff Enablement

• Remain up to date and compliant with all relevant legislation, organizational procedures and policies
• Cultivate a high performance team culture through promotion of learning and development and regular feedback on performance

Job Holder Requirements

• Diploma in Facility Management/Building Services/M&E
• Entry level to experience
• This position requires work to be performed on-site.
• Postholder must expect to be on-call and available in emergency situations to respond to facility issues during off-hours (e.g. fire alarm, power outage, security alarm, etc.).
