We are looking for an account executive for this company.

The duties assigned will be varied; these will include but not be limited to the following:

• Maintain full set of accounts for various companies, ensuring timely and accurate reporting

of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and company accounting policies;

• Prepare management and statutory financial reports;

• Analysis and reconciliation of management reports;

• Manage intercompany billing and reconciliation;

• Provide supervisory guidance to accounting support staff;

• Responsible for the accounting file management for the companies assigned;

• Work closely with Group finance team for accounting, control, reporting and compliance

matters;

• Manage annual audit and liaising with external auditors;

• Responsible for quarterly GST submission where applicable and annual tax matters;

• Support any ad-hoc projects and tasks from time-to-time as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Accounting or ACCA level 2 equivalent;

• At least 4 years of accounting experience with strong accounting knowledge;

• Good working knowledge of accounting standards and GST regulations;

• Possess a keen eye for details and strong analytical skills;

• Able to hands-on and deadline oriented;

• Good people management, interpersonal and communication skills – both written and

spoken;

• Knowledge of basic group consolidation is an added advantage;

• Experience in Food and Beverage industry will be an added advantage.

Job description

- Prepare all project safety documents required at the worksite MS, RA, FPP, SWP, Team certs

- regularly review safety documents, as per requirement

- conduct induction for new workers on safety regulations

- conduct regular Risk Assessment and safe work procedure briefings to workers

- issue PPE to workers and other users

- conduct regular inspection of all safety equipment

- ensure weekly submission of in-house PTW for store and workshop

- conduct site inspection, attend safety issues

- report and investigate incidents and accidents when required

- liaise with the relevant authorities on all WSH issues

- implement HSE and security plans

- keep records of all workers’ certificates, arrange for required courses

- maintain all tools and equipment, arrange for maintenance, replacement and calibration when due

- keep record and arrange for renewal of all prevailing HSE related licences/documents

- support internal audits and review the Safety management System

- maintain HSE process within prevailing regulations

Requirements

- Preferably a Degree and at least a Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health, or any relevant discipline

- minimum 5 years of experience in HSE for the construction industry

- registered Workplace Health & Safety Officer with MOM

- well-versed in ISO documentation

- sound knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations

- fluent English

- computer literate

1. Provide administrative support to NSREC admin and operations.

2. Working knowledge or proficient in MS Word and Excel.

3. Process oriented and able to work well on data details.

4. Good spoken and written English and other languages if any.

5. Experience with customer services if any.

EDUCATION

Preferably Polytechnic Diploma.

EXPERIENCE

SKILLS

IT savvy and familiar with common software.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall stocks and inventory.
• Key in and maintain the inventory in the Auto-count System.
• Coordinate with other departments (mainly sales and operations) for forecasts and delivery orders.
• Manage the storeman.
• Shipping / Logistics (Import/Export).
• Compare & negotiate the rates with forwarders.
• Prepare documentations for Exports.
• Local and overseas purchases, price negotiation with suppliers.
• Local and overseas sourcing.

Requirements:

· Degree required.

· Min. 5 years of relevant experience.

· Proficiency with computer, Microsoft Office, inventory software

· Knowledge of the Auto-count software would be an advantage

· Ability to multi tasks, capable of working independently and self-motivated

Collaborate with relevant agencies on Levy collection effort and exchange of data/ information

Investigate discrepancy in payment amount claimed by companies

Face-to-face/virtual meetings with company representatives to clarify payroll records

Draft and send e-mail response to appeals

Statistics reporting on number of appeals received and track outcome of appeals

Handle and process refunds

Diploma or Degree holder

Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills to engage employers and other stakeholders

Effective team player with good communication, analytical and inter-personal skills

Driven, meticulous and able to multi-task and work independently

Knowledge related to compliance audit policies, relevant Act and Regulations are an advantage

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (such as Vlookup, pivot tables), prior experience in data analysis and sense making of data from systems is a strong advantage
