Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and budgeting for the marketing communications needs.

• Work with the in-house designer or external vendors on conceptualisation and development of marketing materials.
• Supervise media and external partner requests for photoshoots, filming and interviews.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

The Members Services Manager (MSM) plays a key role in coordinating sales and services activities for Le Club FICOFI® Members, as well as providing essential support to the sales team. This role collaborates closely with Le Club FICOFI Advisors (LCFAs), Members Services Managers (MSMs) and other departments, delivering strong administrative support to drive revenue growth.

Reporting directly to the Head of Member Services in France, this role will initially encompass, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities :

MAIN FIELD OF RESPONSIBLITIES:

1. Sales coordination of Le Club FICOFI ® Members/Clients

• Data entry into database of prospective clients/Members, and management of database
• Collection of client or member’s data

Your day to day

As an Assistant Reservations Manager, you assist with managing the guest reservations function including but not limited to advanced room reservations and group coordination service to ensure prompt service, productivity, and maximize hotel profitability. Serve as Reservations Manager in his/her absence.

FINANCIAL RETURNS

• Assist in managing hotel revenue generation and maximization through full utilization of company systems, business processes and specifications.
