Business Development Manager Responsibilities

· Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

· Proven sales track record

· Experience in customer support is a plus

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

Job Description & Requirements

Project Manager who will work closely with clients on confirmed projects and will be responsible for assigning and managing the projects starting from the initial design conception, through construction, to completion and handling over to clients. The goal is to manage projects, from budget, timeline, quality to clients' satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Meet potential clients with Business Development Managers to enquire and understand clients' needs
• Co-ordinate layout plan, design plan and visuals, sketch. 3D-drawings, product specifications etc prepare project schedule and quotations to clients and submit tenders for the project to clients.
• Preparation of contracts, negotiation of revisions/ amendments, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Arrange submission of plans to local authorities for approval and arrange inspections of building work
• Prepare costing report for management's approval and manage budget accordingly
• Work closely with project and operation teams and contractors to ensure timely delivery fo the project and excellent quality of work done
• Being the key single interface between the company and clients, obtain client's feedback and resolve project related issues such as payments, etc.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent
• Candidate must possess minimum 8 years’ experience in corporate office design and build project management. Those with PMP Certification have an added advantage.
• Able to interpret architectural plans and familiar with building and safety regulations
• Experience in leading and managing multiple projects within tight timelines
• Excellent project, presentation, leadership and people management skills
• Highly self-motivated, positive working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English (in order to handle feedbacks and issues from English & Mandarin speaking associates)

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:-

Supervise daily warehouse activities and team members, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, inbound & outbound shipping and delivery arrangement- Meet all the KPI targets regularly and analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention- Manage logistics for transporting items to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of packages-Comply with export regulations and deliver products to customers accurately

Requirements:-

Three or more years of experience in warehouse management, candiates with experience working in B2B chiller/cold room with 5 to 7 degrees will be highly preferred- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of English- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff- Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal- Work experience in a start-up is highly preferred.- Possess high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

The Manager will be responsible for overseeing automotive maintenance projects and supporting the Engineering and Operations Control team through innovation and data analysis. The role requires expertise in project execution, optimizing maintenance processes, and leveraging data analytics to drive operational efficiency. The Manager will also play a key role in implementing technological advancements and continuous improvement initiatives to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management for Corporate Fleet:

• Oversee projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.
• Ensure all maintenance activities align with safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Track and report project progress to senior management and key stakeholders.

2. Support Engineering & Operations Control:

• Collaborate with workshop operations teams to drive improvements in fleet maintenance operations.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance operational performance, including efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Use data analytics and KPIs to monitor and evaluate the performance of maintenance processes.
• Assist in the development of dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time insights into maintenance performance and equipment health.

3. Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement in automotive maintenance operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in automotive engineering and operations control to ensure the company remains competitive.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, IT, etc.) and external partners (vendors, subcontractors, etc.) to ensure alignment on project goals and execution.
• Engage with senior management to align project outcomes with business strategy.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the maintenance and operations teams.

5. Resource & Team Management:

• Lead training initiatives to ensure that teams are proficient in the latest tools and technologies related to automotive maintenance.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in automotive maintenance, project management, or engineering operations control, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing complex automotive maintenance projects. PMP or similar certification is advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, fleet maintenance, and data analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools to optimize operations.
• Experience implementing new technologies, driving process improvements, and promoting innovation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present data-driven insights.
