Job Description

• Alumni Engagement: Reconnect with alumni and identify opportunities for them to give back to the school through their time, treasure, and talent.
• Recognition and Mentorship: Identify distinguished alumni for recognition and work towards establishing mentorship schemes between senior and junior alumni, as well as alumni and current students.
• Donor Relations: Identify potential donors from the alumni pool and cultivate relationships to support the school’s development initiatives.
• Event Planning: Plan and execute regular alumni initiatives, ensuring consistent communication and updates through various channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree: At least 2 years’ experience in alumni relations (either professionally or as a student leader). Degrees in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or related fields are advantageous.
• Excellent Command of English: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong connections with alumni and donors, understanding their motivations and interests.
