Phase 1: Retail Exposure Program

Leading & Coaching Sales Associate in the retail outlets for the day-to-day sales and operations duties

• Managing sales targets including setting and monitoring of sales targets
• Responsible for maintaining professional standards of customer care including managing customer feedback, performing customer recovery and etc.
• Managing inventories of the outlets including organizing the storeroom, ensuring adequate stock level & sizing
• Managing visual display
• Executing other administrative duties that include: conducting staff appraisal, staff scheduling and roster, setting of sales targets and etc.
• Quarterly presentations to the Operations Team and Management

Job Description

• Skilled in tailoring service to ensure high levels of modification alterations for our customers.
• To achieve day to day alteration requirements for our customers
• To achieve individual alteration target on a monthly basis
• Attend to customer needs if there are complicated alterationS
• Removes stitches from curtainss, using ripper or razor blade and trims excess material.
• Communicating with Master Tailors or SM for proper scheduling of workloads
• To achieve and prepare completed curtians for pick-up by ironing out creases and removing chalk marks.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry handling sale, leasing and/or marketing of commercial properties/ shops/ outlets.
