• Implement the APAC Innovation and Partnering strategy and framework through close collaborations with affiliates, regional stakeholders and global organization

Who you are:

• You should hold BS/MSc in science, engineering, medicine of innovation management or related field with at least 10 years of proven experience in healthcare Innovation Management (e.g. scouting, opportunity assessment, partner due diligence, partnership negotiations, and contracting) or direct experience bringing healthcare innovations to the market
• You should have the ability in developing and managing a balanced innovation pipeline that drives long term impact as well as delivers short term results as well as strong healthcare ecosystem network with partnership management experience with domain knowledge in healthcare trends, innovation management, design thinking and implementation
• You should have experience in informal leadership and facilitation of diverse teams and/or highly complex matrix projects with the ability to learn quickly with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity is desirable.

Responsibilities:
