Position Overview:

NTT Data Singapore is looking for an experienced Client Project Manager to lead and direct multiple client projects, ranging from standard to complex. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to deliver projects from original concept through to final implementation, ensuring client satisfaction, scope control, and seamless handover to operations. The Client Project Manager will be accountable for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct multiple concurrent projects, managing scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in end-to-end project management, including both application and infrastructure project delivery.
• Experience managing large-scale projects with a value greater than SGD 5 Million
• Possess PMP certification or equivalent
• Experience working with public sector clients, particularly in Govtech, DSTA, or HTX projects.
• Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS) deployment.
• Demonstrated vendor management skills.
• Must be a Singaporean Citizen due to project clearance requirements.

The Regional Sales and Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for strategizing, planning and executing for business growth. • Regional Strategy: Develop and tailor marketing strategies specific to the Southeast Asia and Australasia markets, ensuring the localisation of channels, content, and campaigns for optimal engagement.
• Email marketing: SSend mass email campaigns for a range of products and services, to our database, using SalesForce to create audiences, build emails, and schedule campaigns.
• Print & Promotional marketing: Manage the production and stock of local prints, promo items and clients' gifts. 
• Exhibitions and events: Research relevant events in the Southeast Asia and Australasia region and assist the Head of Events to organise.
• Digital marketing: Assist the Performance team with web advertising, including Baidu, display ads, re-marketing, and analytics.
• Report local marketing activity to London.
• Budget and manage the local marketing spend.
• Research and source local suppliers when necessary.

This HR generalist role will be reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer. He / She will assist in HR projects as well as the following portfolio:

Training & Staff Engagement / Welfare

• Plan and provide learning administration for staff including course registration, maintenance of records, training bonds, etc.
• Maintain all training databases/documents.
• Plan, arrange and liaise with external vendors for training courses.
• Handle training-related matters with government and related agencies (including applications and claims of training grants).
• Plan the Annual Staff Engagement Calendar.
• Organize Staff Orientation, Wellness / Engagement activities eg. D&D, Team Bonding activities, etc.
• Implement Employee Satisfaction Survey.

Payroll / Compensation & Benefits

• Supervise and act as a backup to the payroll function and ensure timely salary inputs with accuracy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personal data in InfoTech system, manage leave administration and prepare HR letters.
• Manage grants and funding claims.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly CPF payments, tax filing for both local and foreign employees.
• Prepare payroll journal for reporting.
• Prepare Annual Manpower Budget and Annual Increment & Bonus exercise.
• Handle yearly renewal for staff insurances, medical, etc.
• Assist with disciplinary and grievances handling as and when required.
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies for the organization.
• Undertake other HR functions and ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource/Business or its equivalent.
• 5 years’ of experience in full spectrum of HR.
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
• Numeric, strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Hands on experience in Infotech / Frontier system an added advantage.
• Team player with good Communication and Writing skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications eg. Power point, Excel.

QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED

· Attention to detail - proofreading, editing and quality control of content from others

· Ability to create social media content and perform basic design editing using software such as Canva and Capcut

· Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights for improved performance

· Proficient in using social media platforms and business suite – Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X, Meta business, etc.
