• Follow the hotel safety and security policies and procedures. Report accidents, injuries and incidents to manager immediately.
• Ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned as per established standards and room supplies are completely replenished as and whenever needed

Main Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to be part of the team in Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that our Resort meets the exceptional standards of cleanliness which is expected of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations: Oversee and where necessary, undertake the cleaning and maintenance of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, meeting rooms, and other common spaces. Such tasks include but are not limited to sanitizing, dusting, cleaning and other related duties.
• Safety and Compliance: As part of the role, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all safety procedures and guidelines. This includes internal Resort policies as well as any statutory regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure day-to-day smooth operations within the warehouse
• Leading a team of logistics assistants on daily warehouse operations
• Logistics and transport arrangement with delivery drivers to ensure on time delivery
• Conduct monthly inventory checks and update the system
• Prepare inventory reports and update management
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 1 - 2 years of warehouse/ logistics experience
• Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage

• Allocate daily work and any special assignment to the staff.
• Attend daily briefings and take note of VIP arrivals and the special attention items for the guests.
• To conduct briefings with the room attendants and ensure they execute the special requests.
• To check vacant, clean rooms on the report and report any discrepancies both to housekeeping for assignment and to the hotel duty manager for investigation.
• To check regularly the progress of each assignment and to assist when necessary to ensure rooms are ready prior to the arrival of the guest.
• To ensure that own work and the work of the room attendants supervised, are completed at the end of the shift.
• To organize and assign daily crash programs to ensure the periodic work is carried out to maintain the hotel standard of cleanliness.
• To check the cleanliness and maintenance of the following:

i. Vacant rooms according to reception's report and to check/report of the variance.

ii. Occupied and c/o rooms are cleaned on time and within standard required.

iii. All suites and VIP rooms on floor assignment.

iv. All corridors, stores, pantries, exit doors and cleaning equipment, trolley and etc.

• To ensure that all out-of-order rooms are released as soon as it is ready to Front Office.
• To report all maintenance defects hotel procedures and follow through to rectification.
• To ensure sufficient linen and guest supplies for room attendant use on his/her assigned floors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on current and prospective investments, including valuation assessments and performance analysis.
• Oversee the preparation of Management Accounts and Financial Statements, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements both locally and globally.
• Provide support for investment activities, focusing on financial products such as public equities and real estate investments.
• Act as the main liaison with tax service providers to ensure compliance with jurisdiction-specific tax regulations, primarily in Singapore and the United States.
• Facilitate trade executions and maintain relationships with private and retail bankers for investment activities in key markets.
• Stay informed about financial markets and trends, with a strong understanding of private and public market dynamics.
• Undertake ad-hoc project management responsibilities to support the team’s operational and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance analytical insights, improve reporting capabilities, and support decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience within the finance or investment industry, preferably in asset and wealth management.
• Hands-on experience with the U.S. stock and property markets, demonstrating strong market understanding.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, for analytical and reporting purposes.
• Strong analytical acumen with excellent organizational, teamwork, and communication skills, alongside full fluency in English.
