As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, supervising staff, and ensuring a safe and efficient workflow.

Job Responsibilities

· Manage, support, plan and organise day-to-day inventory and all inventory control process within the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.

· Ensure daily warehouse activities are performed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.

· Ensure proper and accurate placement of all goods

· Support order fulfilment, picking, packing & ensuring on time delivery of merchandise and minimal error in fulfilment orders

· Provide leadership and guidance to the warehouse team (about 10 pax), including training, scheduling, and performance management

· Work closely with retail operations and cross functional teams to resolve daily operational issues.

· Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.

· Establish and maintain Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).

Job Requirements

· At least a Diploma in Logistic, Supply Chain Management or any related field.

· Possess at least 3 years of managerial experience in Retail Logistic, or Supply Chain.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP/WMS experience is an added advantage

· Physically fit to handle up to 20kg of load

· Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams and fostering a positive work environment.

· Candidates with less than 3 years of managerial experience may be considered for a supervisor position

We are part of a large trading house with headquarters in India trading into dry bulk commodities like iron ore fines, coal and food grains, we are presently looking for suitable candidates to strengthen our accounts team.

Responsibilities

Banking

• Provide monthly bank reconciliations including forex reinstatement
• Check bank charges and interests
• Correspondence and coordination with banks for accounts maintenance, new accounts, account closures and KYC changes etc.

Monthly Accounts

• Ensure revenue recognition, cost relevance, accruals and provisions etc.
• Should be hand on to prepare monthly reports incl. Trial Balance, Profit and Loss a/c, Balance Sheet, Segment wise accounts, Income Tax and Withholding tax, Investment, Debtors and Creditors Ageing, adjustment of forex gain/loss.
• Preparation of fixed asset and depreciation statement.
• Upkeep robust accounting software and optimize Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers & Cost Categories etc.
• Regular account ledger scrutiny, flag non-moving balances, receivable & payable management, cross matching revenue and balance sheet items.
• Prepare and maintain various dashboard reports relating to receivables, payables, cash flow plan, compliance calendar, actual and projected financial performance etc.

Audit

• Closing entries and preparation of audit schedules and detailed working papers with mapping.
• Work closely with auditors and ensure timely and smooth audit
• Maintain complete audit working files for each financial year
• Review final draft financial statements as per accounts and applicable accounting and financial reporting standards

Secretarial / Tax / Transfer Pricing Compliance

• Ensure timely filing of Form ECI, Form C, IR8A, IR21, CPF, etc. and payment of tax
• Transfer pricing table preparation, hands-on support and coordination with Consultants for report issuance and timely assistance to related parties for docs and information required by them from time to time.
• Maintain registers and record for shares, registered address, directors, board and general meetings including minutes and ensure timely filing of annual return and XBRL

Others

• Willingness to assist in trade / operation, HR and admin matters on need basis
• Ensure maintenance of auditable documentation for current and past periods as required under tax and company law.

Education, training, and experience:

• Prefer CA/CPA or similar higher degree in accounting and finance
• Minimum 5 years experience in accounting and MIS related roles.
• Prior experience in a Commodity trading or Ship chartering Company is a plus.
• Very good accounting knowledge and commercial acumen.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience in TALLY accounting software is an added advantage.

Job Requirement

• Understand the enterprise security industry and have your own thoughts on the development of the security industry.
• 5 years or more of experience as an Internet product manager, or experience in financial/payment risk control/AI products, experience in commercial products is preferred.
• Have strong cross-departmental capabilities and team coordination capabilities, be good at teamwork, promote unified goals within and outside the team, and promote product implementation.
• Professional project management and time management capabilities, able to handle multiple transactions concurrently, ensure efficient product implementation, and get the expected results.
• Fluent English communication and writing skills are required.

CONTRACTS MANAGER

a) Provide strategic advice to the project staff for the identification, notification and preparation of variations and claims for a time extension and associated loss and expense;

b) Participating, as necessary, in developing the solicitation and writing all contractual correspondence and documentation. Maintain contractual records and documentations control of all contract correspondence including subcontractors correspondences and reports;

c) Review of any project related correspondence and proposing a suitable strategy for preparing the response and advising on potential commercial/ contractual implications arising therefrom;

d) Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to project staffs and to provide contract awareness, interpretation and advice to project team;

e) Preparation of final accounts and variation submission;

f) Assist in ISO audit and implementation; and

g) Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent with 10-15 years’ relevant working experience.

· Preferably have experience in construction/roadworks LTA Projects.
