Responsibilities

You will play a key role in managing and enhancing relationships with investors – crafting investor communications, supporting marketing and capital-raising initiatives, and ensure seamless communication between the fund and its stakeholders. • Maintain the investor database and develop a process to track communications and engagement

Responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain good and friendly customer relations with members and guests.

Key Objective

The Executive, Consumer Relations (CROs) of the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) are the first point of contact for consumers who seek advice and/or redress for their contractual disputes with businesses.
