• Have an oversight on the dealing infrastructure / processes / systems for the investment products, and be responsible for all sales documentations, product agreements, and service level agreements.
• Ensure superior customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience of the Bank.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Major in Finance/Economics/Commerce/Accountancy or any other relevant education.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interact with Chinese-speaking clients.
• Fresh Graduates with related internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Immediate availability will be an added advantage.
