Job Descriptions:

• To build, establish, maintain and improve relationships with customers
• To perform, monitor and ensure 100% inventory accuracy on the inventory management, such as, cycle count, inbound & outbound physically and system, etc
• Monitor and follow up closely with customers to resolve inbound and outbound goods discrepancies in a weekly basis
• Ensure that order shipments are process accurately based on the order and instructions given by the customers and or management
• Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory
• Must be able to carry physical workload in warehouse

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in customer service
• Minimum degree in any discipline
• Ability to work under stress with minimum supervision

Confirm all shipment information with origin to initiate shipment

Receive and validate customers order including shipping documents, SLI, EIN, credit application

Review/update; verify fees, customer profile, SOP, and rates per quote or customer SOP/work instructions

Verify shipment status, review pre-alert and verify shipment handling instructions to operations

Serve as a liaison between Document Processing Agent and the Customer regarding shipment details and/or exception

Communicate and resolve problems that arise in the movement of product

Communicate exceptions and shipment status with Customer

Job Duties:

• Prepare the Statements of Account for customers
• Maintaining an AR phone line to ensure queries or concerns from customers are addressed promptly
• Follow up on all AR outstanding matters to reduce overdue AR payments via email, calls and WhatsApp messages
• Daily updates of the cash/cheques collected
• Performing checks on credit notes
• Performing checks on purchase invoices
• Participate in system implementation and improvement
• Visiting customers together with the sales team to forge relationships and address outstanding issues
• Any other ad-hoc projects assigned

What you need to have/be:

• Educational background equivalent to GCE O Level or Diploma
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, both written and verbally, to address inquiries and resolve issues in English and Chinese as most of our customers are Chinese-speaking
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing financial transactions and maintaining records
• Proactive approach to addressing issues and finding solutions
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Adherence to ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and security of financial information
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures, software, or organisational structure
• Candidates with some experience in basic bookkeeping preferred
• Prior experience with financial systems such as Navision or similar platforms preferred

Project Location: West Region (Jurong)

Job Description:

• Assist the Resident Engineer and Job Manager to attend to technical and design issues at site and report issues to Job Manager
• Provide standing supervision as and when directed by the Resident Engineer and/or Consultant team.
• Check through construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies found between or within the same disciplines prior to the commencement of installation works.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approve drawings and specifications.
• Ensure adequate safety precautions are enforced on site.
• Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project.
• Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning.
• Maintain site records.
• Preferably to commence immediately

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
• A registered Resident Technical Officer with IES / ACES is require.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Resident Technical Officer on local projects.
• Experience in supervision of Mechanical Services installation for local Hospital/Healthcare/Institution/ Commercial Developments/Multi-tenanted Industrial Development would be added advantage
• Familiar with local codes and regulations
• Ability to respond to technical questions

• Well-versed with computer software (Microsoft Office, etc)

• To perform CCTV monitoring duties in Security Control Room
• To perform Safe Entry, basic HSE checks, sub-contractor entry procedures
• To perform duties at patrol, ecort duties, static duties and other assignment as required
• To respond immediately to guests and staff for their needs or request for security assistance and to following up
• To ensure all duties and security operation assigned to security control room are carried out efficiently and diligently
• Job Requirements: Basic PC skill, for daily adminsitrative task and normal report writting
• Substantial understanding of security operations and able to apply knowledge to complete range of tasks
• Completed the mandatory Security courses with a valid PLRD license
