Responsibilities:
- To provide supervision services to ensure the Contractor comply with the Company requirements.
- To review the Contractor’s site drawings, work process and work documentations for discrepancies; missing details; workplace safety lapse
- Inspection/Supervision & Testing of the Works
- Monitoring the Builder’s Site Management
- To conduct progress inspections to ensure work carried out complies with quality standards, requirements and specifications.
- To ensure the contractors maintain work site safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site.
- To participate in client/consultant meetings.
- Liaise and coordinate with client/consultants/contractors to resolve technical and/or interfacing issues.
- Any other duties related to the project assigned.
Requirements:
- Registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES
